EG8015 is a digital analog integrated chip that integrates two 600V half bridge high-voltage MOS drivers and SPWM sine generator, specifically designed for inverter products. Internally equipped with a ± 1% precision 24MHz high-speed clock oscillator or configured with an external high-precision 24MHz crystal oscillator through the UART port, it can achieve high-precision, distortion free, and harmonic free pure sine wave 50Hz or 60Hz inverter dedicated chips. This chip adopts CMOS technology and integrates functions such as SPWM sine generator, dead time control circuit, amplitude factor multiplier, soft start circuit, protection circuit, UART serial communication interface, etc. Integrated with one operational amplifier and one comparator, the operational amplifier is used for output voltage differential feedback processing, and the comparator is used for output short-circuit protection.
